Girls Leadership Academy is…
10 online meetings
During 5 months you will attend 10 online lectures with professionals from different fields: politics, psychology, international relations, law, eco-activism, project management, and many others. At the meetings, you will be surrounded by comfort and support, because we discover new horizons together.

Community of girls-leaders
The greatest value of the project is the people you will pass this journey with. Our participants are girls aged 14-16 who are united by a shared desire to become the best version of themselves. So, you will definitely find new friends who will support you in your endeavors and help you find a solution to any situation.
Offline graduation in Kyiv
The teams that gain the highest number of points for creative tasks have the opportunity to celebrate the graduation together during a two-day offline meeting in Kyiv (all costs related to transportation, accommodation, and meals are covered by the NGO "Women's League" and EU4Youth Alumni Network).
Feedback from the Academy’s graduates
During the project, we covered many different topics, respectively, now I can easily realize myself in many areas and I can be confident in myself because I have a lot of useful knowledge and skills. I also found wonderful friends who are also motivated and determined to win and succeed in their lives, and we continue supporting each other. And finally, it was a great opportunity for self-realization, because I implemented my project, which brought changes not only to my life but also to my community.
